Traction Poles „ST“

Centrifuged reinforced concrete poles type ST are intended to build traction lines in railway and for tram and trolleybus lines. Pole ST is below equipped with a steel flange with four mounting holes spaced at intervals determined by the type of base and pole features.

Pole has a shape of the truncated cone with the annular cross-section. Hole located inside the pole is used to store the grounding wire (common ground) with cross-section appropriate to the traction network. The grounding wire is in the bottom part connected to the flange the way complaining his removal. There is a hole in the flange for connection of external grounding wire. Centrifuged technology allows to get a smooth outer surface of the pole and a high degree of the concrete compaction, which guarantees the use of the concrete class C45/50 long life (over 50 years) maintenance free. Poles ST are manufactured in compliance with STN EN 12843:2008 and are CE marked.
